Initiatives By

Dr. Priyank Patel

Community involvement is vital in rural healthcare. Engaging local residents as health advocates not only builds capacity but also fosters ownership of health initiatives. I work to train community health workers who can provide education and support within their neighborhoods. This grassroots approach enhances health literacy and ensures that interventions are culturally appropriate. By empowering individuals to take an active role in their health, we create a sustainable model that benefits the entire community.

Point Of View

"Providing Equal Access to Spine Healthcare for All"

In my practice as a spine surgeon, I have witnessed the struggles of individuals living in rural and urban poor communities. Many suffer silently from spinal issues, unable to access the care they desperately need. My mission is to provide hope and healing to these underserved populations.

By organizing free spine clinics and offering surgical interventions, I aim to alleviate pain and restore functionality. But my commitment extends beyond treatment; I strive to educate individuals about spinal health and preventive measures. Knowledge is a powerful tool that can empower communities to take charge of their health.

Together with local healthcare providers, I believe we can create a sustainable model of care that addresses the unique challenges faced by these communities. Through collaboration and compassion, we can build a brighter future for all, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they deserve.

We Are With You

"A message for society from The Spine Foundation"

The Spine Foundation aims to provide the best spine care to the rural, tribal, and poor in urban areas of India. It was Founded by Dr. Shekhar Bhojraj, who believes that there is a critical gap of service in health care for this segment of patients who understand their spine health care needs but are usually ill-equipped with information or economic resources to access quality services. The Spine Foundation provides free medical consultations, treatments, and surgeries for different spinal conditions. Indeed, such spinal conditions can affect quality of life pretty seriously.

The foundation services include direct medical care, education, and preventive awareness of spinal health, education of communities to take preventive measures, and building sustainable healthcare in remote areas. The organization aims at empowering the individual and community to take control of their spine health instead of just treating it. With caring service and expert medical interventions, The Spine Foundation envisions a future where all individuals can receive quality spine care.

Together, we can create a healthier future by ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background or location, has access to quality spine care. Let's work towards empowering the rural, tribal, and urban poor with the treatment and knowledge they need for a pain-free life.
