  • 3 years in Dept. of Orthopaedics , M.G.M. Medical College, Indore. This is a tertiary level govt. hospital in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.  Assisted and did independently all routine hip, knee and all trauma  Surgeries. Also have experience with some cold orthopaedic surgeries. Looking after ward rounds and ward work, post-op patients. Held responsibility of pre-op preparation and post-op care in hospital.

  • Medicine: management of patients, short procedures like ascitic tapping, pleural tapping, lumbar puncture, blood collection, assisting in ward work , management of medical emergencies
  • Obstetrics and Gynaecology: conducting deliveries of babies, episiotomy, management of gynaecological ailments in patients etc.
  • Surgery: management of surgical cases, short surgical procedures like CLW Suturing, Ear lobe repair, Lipoma excision, assisting in various surgeries, surgical emergencies etc.
  • Public Health: Undertook a posting in the rural area for 2 months during which we had to manage a rural hospital and all the patients visiting in routine hour as well as in emergencies.

  • One national presentation on topic “Computed Dynography- A new method for evaluation of gait pattern in treated cases of Congenital Talipes Equino Varus.” at 53rd annual conference of Indian Orthopaedic Association “IOACON 08” held at Bangalore in Nov. 08. He won prestigious gold medal for the best paper of the conference “Prof. K.T. Dholakia Gold Medal”
  • One state presentation on the topic “Computed Dynography- A new method for evaluation of gait pattern in treated cases of Congenital Talipes Equino Varus” at 27th annual conference of Indian Orthopaedic Association MP Chapter “MPCON 08” held at Indore in Oct. 08. He won the gold medal for the best paper of the conference.
  • One publication in state journal “MP Journal Of Orthopaedics (Oct 08 ) for his paper on above mentioned topic
  • He presented three posters in 27th annual conference of Indian Orthopaedic Association MP Chapter “MPCON 08” held at Indore in Oct. 08., on following topics
    • Valgus impacted fractures of proximal humerus treated by per cutaneous pinning.
    • Tumours of unusual presentation.
    • Congenital dysplasia of forearm an unusual presentation. He won the first prize for best poster.

  • Worked as a team leader in the project work in slum areas to find out incidence of Oral Leukoplakia in tobacco chewers. Project was selected as a national project work.

  • Has worked as a demonstrator (D1) in department of Orthopaedics from 2006-2009.
  • He has done excellent work in organizing various workshops and conferences held by his department.
