Advanced Spine Fellowship (The Spine Foundation, Mumbai)

At The Spine Foundation, we are lucky to have the support of Dr. Alok Jain, a passionate spine and orthopedic surgeon in Bhopal with a vision that goes far beyond the confines of a hospital. As the Founder of Jainam Spine & Pain Clinic and a Consultant at Mahaveer Institute of Medical Sciences, he has dedicated his professional life to making quality spine care accessible to those who need it.

In rural and many underserved areas, back and neck pain, disc herniation and spinal deformities are a part of everyday life. And still, access to higher-level care is out of reach. Dr. Jain has taken it upon himself to fill the gap by holding free spine health camps, providing professional treatment to those who might otherwise receive none. His skills in minimally invasive spine surgery and dynamic spinal stabilization enable him to provide advance care with quicker recovery times, which makes treatment more convenient and less daunting for patients.

The spine foundation

He strongly believes in educating individuals about spine health. Whether through community workshops, online awareness initiatives or one-on-one consultations, he empowers people with knowledge—helping them make informed decisions about their health and understand the importance of early intervention.

Dr. Jain is more than a physician; he is a healer, educator and advocate for affordable healthcare. His empathetic style, patient-centered philosophy and unrelenting commitment to caring for the underserved make him an irreplaceable member of our team at The Spine Foundation. By blending cutting  edge expertise with long-standing compassion, he is literally redefining the future of spine care in states like Madhya Pradesh and beyond.

Point Of View

"Uniting Efforts to Address Spine Health Inequities"

As a spine surgeon, I feel a profound sense of responsibility to serve those in need. Many individuals in rural and urban communities suffer silently from spinal disorders, often due to financial barriers and lack of awareness. My mission is to address these disparities.

By organizing free spine clinics, I aim to provide essential services while fostering relationships built on trust and understanding. It’s not just about performing surgeries; it’s about listening to their stories and addressing their unique challenges.

Moreover, I focus on educating individuals about spinal health, teaching preventive measures and the importance of early intervention. By empowering these communities with knowledge, we can foster a culture of health awareness. Together, we can create a future where everyone has access to the care they deserve.

"A message for society from The Spine Foundation"

The Spine Foundation aims to provide the best spine care to the rural, tribal, and poor in urban areas of India. It was Founded by Dr. Shekhar Bhojraj, who believes that there is a critical gap of service in health care for this segment of patients who understand their spine health care needs but are usually ill-equipped with information or economic resources to access quality services. The Spine Foundation provides free medical consultations, treatments, and surgeries for different spinal conditions. Indeed, such spinal conditions can affect quality of life pretty seriously.

The foundation services include direct medical care, education, and preventive awareness of spinal health, education of communities to take preventive measures, and building sustainable healthcare in remote areas. The organization aims at empowering the individual and community to take control of their spine health instead of just treating it. With caring service and expert medical interventions, The Spine Foundation envisions a future where all individuals can receive quality spine care.

Together, we can create a healthier future by ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background or location, has access to quality spine care. Let’s work towards empowering the rural, tribal, and urban poor with the treatment and knowledge they need for a pain-free life.
