Dr. Badve’s professional career in spinal care is well-established with a solid educational background. He received his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics from Seth GS Medical College & King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. His postgraduate specialization came through fellowships at William Beaumont Hospital, Michigan; Upstate University Medical Center, New York; and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio, with focus on spinal deformities, scoliosis correction, and minimally invasive spine surgery. His areas of expertise include cervical and lumbar disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, spinal cord compression, and trauma.
Apart from clinical proficiency, Dr. Badve’s Badve’s passion lies in making spinal healthcare more accessible. His work with The Spine Foundation has enabled him to take his talent outside the confines of hospitals—offering free consultations, surgical services, and education to needy communities. Dr. Badve believes that spinal health is not a privilege, but a human right, and he works tirelessly to bridge the gap for those lacking access to quality medical care.
Being a member of the North American Spine Society and the Lumbar Spine Research Society, Dr. Badve remains at the forefront of advancements in spine surgery. He is well trained in both traditional and minimally invasive methods of spine surgery so that every patient can be provided with the best and least intrusive form of treatment.
