Workshop Series at The Spine Foundation

Our Basic Spine Workshop forms the backbone of our mission, empowering orthopaedic surgeons with essential knowledge of spine pathologies and surgical procedures to enable accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Beyond technical skills, the program offers holistic training that includes patient counselling, on-site diagnosis, nursing care, and physiotherapy, ensuring comprehensive patient support throughout the care journey.

Through this initiative, The Spine Foundation builds a network of well-trained professionals capable of delivering high-quality spine care, improving access to treatment and strengthening spinal health outcomes across communities.

Innovative Treatment Techniques

The participants will be introduced to various treatment options, ranging from traditional methods to the latest techniques that can be implemented in any local hospital. This includes workshops on physical therapy, pain management, and surgical interventions, providing a well-rounded education for healthcare providers.

We understand that not all problems require complex treatments. Therefore, we emphasize easily applicable, non-invasive techniques that can be done at home. We teach practical exercises, stretches, and accessible remedies like heat or cold therapy, empowering participants to take control of their spinal and overall health.

Pain Management

We emphasize the importance of maintaining good posture in daily activities and engaging in regular exercise to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility. We guide patients toward self-care lifestyle changes that empower them to manage their pain and lead a fulfilling life, despite spinal challenges.

Moral Support for our Visitors

Counselling Sessions: The Spine Foundation offers both individual and group counselling sessions to help patients cope with the emotional trauma of their injuries, focusing on coping strategies and providing emotional support.
