Championing Rural Spine Health at G20 Summit

The Group of Twenty (G20) is an influential international forum comprising the world’s leading economies. Each year, the G20 Summit addresses critical global issues, fostering collaboration and driving positive change. In 2023, The Spine Foundation was honored to represent India at the G20 Summit, specifically focusing on the critical issue of rural and urban spinal health. This prestigious platform provided a significant opportunity for us to champion a cause that disproportionately affects millions across India. Limited access to quality spinal care in rural areas creates a substantial healthcare gap, often leaving those with spinal conditions without the necessary treatment and support.
